booking FAQs...

Q: I HAVEN’T FULLY DECIDED MY WEDDING DAY TIMELINE YET, SHOULD I BOOK THE FULL OR PARTIAL DAY PACKAGE? WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?

Q: What's typically included in the "getting ready phase"?

Q: What’s the turnaround time and delivery process for my wedding gallery?

You will receive your full gallery within 5 weeks of your wedding date. But don’t worry, I’ll send over a couple preview photos within a day or two so you can tell the world YOU’RE MARRIED!!

The gallery will be delivered via a link to your email address. This link will take you to your full online gallery where you can download as many times as you wish, to any device or computer. I highly recommend purchasing and downloading to an external hard drive, or two,  for extra safety. These are your best memories after all!!

Q: At what stage of the wedding planning process should I book for photography? How much do I need to have planned before booking with you?

It’s never too early to start thinking about your wedding photography! Once you have a date and venue set, the next step is to find your perfect wedding photographer. While there isn’t typically a set amount of time, it’s pretty common for couples to book at minimum 12 months in advance.

There are a lot of things to consider about the timeline of your day in regards to photography, so it’s best to have me involved as much as you're comfortable with in the timeline planning process. I’m happy to help as much as I can to make sure your day goes smoothly! Keep in mind that photography is an art form, and we want to make sure there’s plenty of time to get those sentimental and creative shots into your gallery, without either of us feeling super rushed or stressed on your big day!

During our first consultation, we’ll discuss what your ideas are so far, and I’ll give you pointers of how much time is needed for the type of photos on your “must-have” list. Once you’ve booked, I will make a shared google file that we both can collaborate on to help us communicate as the timeline details fall into place. You’re free to email or text me about any updates during the planning process, but we’ll have a finalizing phone call the week before your wedding to mke sure we’re on the same page with everything!
